The Cheshire Leadership Programme is a series of seminars and workshops specifically aimed at raising the leadership skills within the North West. We aim to bring you a series of events which change the actual way we think, the way we approach both people and events. The pace of change is increasing in all areas. The thinking which was valid five years ago will no longer encompass the order and magnitude of change which is being experienced by all sectors.If you are involved in any aspects of leadership from running a one man consultancy to being responsible for a major organisation or trust this will be of interest. We will be delivering a sries of one day events throughout the year aimed at demonstrating that there are techniques of leadership and perception that enable us to engage with vision, strategy and understanding.
We will look at techniques for leadership within situations which replicate Natural Systems, where everything is connected to everything else, and outcomes can be difficult to predict. How to engage in strategies which bring understanding and choice to areas of wide cultural diversity. How we respond in a climate of rapid financial and political change.
